Ad 2 Reno is a dynamic collective of passionate young professionals 32 & under dedicated to serving our community and growing our network.

Bailey is a dedicated leader and proud third-generation member of the American Advertising Federation. As a freelance copywriter, she’s passionate about telling the stories of the community she was born and raised in. From serving on the local Board of Directors to contributing to the National Student Advertising Competition at the district level, Bailey champions opportunities for young professionals across the marketing industry. Her commitment to excellence and community impact earned her the title of Young Achiever of the Year from the Best of the West Media Awards.

Meet Rowena, our chair of membership! Rowena believes our values ground us, and she brings community, vulnerability, empathy, and faith into everything she does. As an illustrator, graphic designer, and copywriter at Design on Edge, she uses her skills to uplift others—supporting local businesses, creating art centered on social justice and the human experience, and highlighting diverse creatives. Her heart for inclusivity and connection makes her an invaluable part of the Ad 2 board. Outside of work, Rowena stays inspired through personal creative projects, from lettering pop-punk lyrics to DIY fashion and spicy recipes. When not creating, she’s walking with loved ones, weight lifting, or spending time with family.

Michala Matovina holds a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is passionate about supporting her community, and serving as the Public Service Chair for Ad 2 Reno allows her to use her creative skills to help local nonprofits through meaningful pro bono campaigns. Michala currently works as a graphic designer and photographer at Design on Edge, where she has been contributing her passion and expertise to a wide range of creative projects for over a year.

Paola brings creativity, strategy, and a sense of community to everything she does. As the Social Media Coordinator at LPT Realty, she curates content calendars, digital campaigns, and builds strong connections through thoughtful storytelling and insights. As Ad 2 Reno’s Events Chair, Paola puts her passion for people and planning into action, designing memorable experiences that bring our creative community together. When she’s not behind the screen or organizing our next event, you’ll find her outdoors soaking up nature, spending time with loved ones, or exploring the best coffee shops and restaurants around town. She’s all about connection, creativity, and creating space for others. Please join us in welcoming her!

Luke is a cinematographer and photographer living and working in the Reno-Tahoe area, and a recent Journalism graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. He's passionate about using the visual medium to create visually striking, informationally resonant, and emotionally impactful pieces of media and art. When he's not behind the camera or editing, you can find him at local concerts, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.

Maggie Tredwell moved to Reno from Chicago in 2019 with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and making a meaningful impact. She currently serves as Secretary for the Ad 2 Reno Board, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by documenting meetings and supporting organizational planning. Maggie loves being part of Ad 2 Reno because it allows her to connect with other young marketing professionals, collaborate with passionate creatives, and support the professional growth of emerging advertisers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and going on adventures with her dog while exploring the Reno-Tahoe area’s creative community.

Ad 2 Public Service is the pro bono initiative of Ad 2 Reno, where we dedicate our expertise in advertising, marketing, and design to support local nonprofits. Each year, we partner with one 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to create a comprehensive marketing campaign that aligns with their mission and helps them reach their goals. Our goal is to amplify the impact of nonprofits that are making a difference in our community.
